I live in Washington state and believe me when I say that the Initiative 502 is far from being a good thing. There are so many loopholes in this legislation that it needs to be rewritten before it becomes law. I feel that it is a “government set up” and a cash cow for the state. This law will not benefit the people that actually need it the most. It will benefit the tax collectors, the courts, and the Feds. They are saying it is to be handled like alcohol but there are very few similarities.Please read The new approach to Prohibition at the Weed Blog to get an education on this farce.Many of us that are for De-criminalizing marijuana are asking people to vote no.This is another ploy used by the greedy government to gain economic control and gather information that ordinarily they may not get.
