We were unaware until today that Arizona’s medical marijuana advocate Alan Sobol was indicted in January of 2012 on ten criminal counts apparently from his activities in connection with the 2811 Club.  The counts allege violations of the following Arizona Revised Statutes:

  1. Section 13-3405 (F3), marijuana violation
  2. Section 13-3405 (F3), marijuana violation
  3. Section 13-3405 (F3), marijuana violation
  4. Section 13-3408 (F2), narcotic drug violation
  5. Section 13-3405 (F3), marijuana violation
  6. Section 13-3405 (F3), marijuana violation
  7. Section 13-3405 (F3), marijuana violation
  8. Section 13-3405 (F4), marijuana violation
  9. Section 13-3408 (F2), narcotic drug violation
  10. Section 13-3102 (F4), misconduct involving weapons
